VIPODS With Unrivalled Views

Just set to the side of the café on the edge of the pitch and putt course you will find our 2 VIPODS, completely transparent domes with views across Hope Park to Catbells.

Each of our exclusive domes seat from 4 to 6 people at a time and are styled elegantly in white linen perfect to share your special occasion.

Specially crafted afternoon tea with a selection of finger sandwiches, homemade bite sized sweet and savory treats including a mini version of our famous scones are served alongside a wide selection of unlimited teas.

We can make any occasion extra special with upgrades to prosecco or cocktails and even decorate the pod for you, whether it be your birthday, baby shower or wedding anniversary.

Please note that a deposit will need to be taken to confirm booking, and each party has 1 and a half hours to enjoy the POD.

A wonderful afternoon tea at Café Hope. Excellent spread of sandwiches, cakes and scones. Staff were friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. It was nice to be in a Pod to get the views of the park. Would thoroughly recommend.

A little hope is all you need. We always wanted to try this place, and today, we had the time to sit back and relax to the scenic views of the fells. The cream tea was nice, nothing like a hot cuppa to warm you up. The topped fries with the chicken curry and mango chutney were tasty along with a hot chocolate. The place is run by a bunch of friendly staff, with homemade cakes and other delicious food to order. There is also a doggy menu for your furry four-legged friends.

Enjoyed a couple of coffees and cake and got some delicious mulled wine to go while watching people play pitch and put. Dogs welcome inside and outdoor seating available too. Friendly service at the till.

I randomly found this cafe whilst on holiday in the Lakes with my dog. We were greeted by friendly staff and Pedro was even offered a dog treat… that’s the dog, not me! Great food and we’ll be back here next time we’re near Keswick. Thank you 🙏
